Welcome to STEM! I am incredibly excited to see what creative challenges we overcome this semester and I imagine that you are too. In STEM, we do a ton of collaborative work that requires a lot from each and every one of you in the classroom. One important factor in being successful is knowing the people around you. Whether you are a returning student or not I would love to hear a little bit about yourself both as a person and a designer.
What is STEM all about to you? (Not what it stands for)
Why did you decide to take STEM?
What do you hope to learn more about by the end of the semester?
In your mind, what's the best group size for a design project? Why is that number the best?
When it comes to being a group member, what's the strongest skill you bring to the table? Why is that important? (Very organized, good leader, responsible, work well with others, etc.)
Is there anything that you struggle with or worry about when it comes to working in a group?
Is there anything I need to know about you as an individual that would be important to know for this class?
