In your opinion, what are the top three things that make an assessment "high quality"?

Point #7 is a current trend that we haven't really dealt with here at PVHS and, quite frankly, aren't planning on addressing too soon. But the thought is coming up in education circles quite a bit. Think about the argument given here and then answer for yourself this question: What should a student's grade really mean?
