Curly is solving a multiplication problem. 46 x 23.
He tells his partner:
First I multiplied 6 x 3 and got 18.
Second I multiplied 4 x 3 and got 12.
Third I multiplied 6 x 2 and got 12.
Fourth I multiplied 4 x 2 and got 8.
Finally I added all of the numbers, 18+12+12+8 and got 60

What is wrong with Curly's thinking?
