Open up the Coordinate Plane below and plot the points (use the dot feature) for each of the following Coordinates: (the first one has been done for you)

Based on the guidelines above, answer the questions below.

If you translate the point (-2,0) one unit left, and three units down, what are the new coordinates?

Practice translating coordinates.

A point is located at (3,7) on the coordinate plane above. What are the coordinates of the plane after it is translated five units to the right?

A point is located at (5, 2). What are the coordinates of the first point after a translation of 3 units to the left?

After you find the coordinates for question 6, what are the coordinates when followed by another translation of 7 units up?
